My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was ideal, close to where I needed to be and with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms, unfortunately, were not up to par, with dirty linen, poor water pressure in the bathroom sink, and a lack of heating making for an uncomfortable night. However, I did appreciate the convenience of the location and the surrounding amenities, despite some concerns about cleanliness and safety in the area.

The hotel had some drawbacks in terms of room conditions, but the service and location were quite impressive. The dining experience had highs and lows.

The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood, which is great for attending Broncos' games and being close to both stadiums. The rooms are dated and need updating, but the service is over the top. Although the dining options are limited and the wallpaper in the hallway needs attention, the location is convenient for mid-downtown activities.

I chose this hotel mainly due to its great location, as we were attending a football game and it was within walking distance, which was the highlight of our trip. However, the room we got was barely spacious enough for three adults, and despite requesting a non-smoking room, it had a persistent smell of smoke that was quite unpleasant. On top of that, there was a sewage-like odor lingering from a plumbing issue down the hall, affecting our comfort during the stay.
